SP Page Builder Addon Drag & Drop Feature In Articles No Longer Working

Hi, I have just renewed and updated my installation with SP Page Builder 3.8.9. I tried version 4.0.6 and didn't like it ( I don't want to be foreced to the front end to edit a page - or did I miss something?) so I restored my site backup and went for version 3.8.9 instead. My reason to upgrade is because the drag and drop feature to move addons around no longer works when using SP Page Builder inside an Article. It still doesn't work after upgrading to 3.8.9. How can I fix this please?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. After disabling the System - Redirect Media (com_media) call to Quantum Manager plguin it works fine.
