Change "read More" Text In Articles Scroller

On the front page of my new website I am using an articles scroller adon (www.ijscomanvenlo.nl).
The link at the bottom of the addon, that references the whole article, has as standard text the category of the article. But I woud like to be able to change this text; similar to a Joomla blog post.
How can I do this?
