Sorry for your issue. The basic way would be to disable/delete all Instagram addons or module from that Home page. Especially if you don't need it. If you need ... it would be a LONG process to get API from FB/Instragram.

Please go to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Home and disable or delete Instagram Gallery Addon and the notice will be gone.
