Page Builder Version Miss Alignment Issue

Hello,

I purchased a site template from https://agethemes.com, after alot of modification and changes I got stuck with a few things that needed the pro version of SP PageBuilder. So I purchased the pro version from you guys and after I installed it all the alignment of my pages shifted to the left on any mobile device, it seems to be fine on a pc browser though. Previouse version that came with my template SP Page Builder Lite 3.1.1 I upgraded to SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.9 and noticed the alignment issue, I tried upgrading to SP Page Builder Pro 4.0.6 and still have the alignment issue on Tablets and Phones. I have spent a few weeks personalizing this template, is there anything I can do to resolve the alignment issue so I can make use of all the features the pro version offeres?

At the moment I am building the site on a localhost so unfortunatley you will not be able to access it. The template I am using is lt_company_joomla3_quickstart_package

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Regards, Craig

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. I think as it's another company template it may be conflicts with the CSS. Because we have set some default CSS classes, maybe these are not matched with your template that's why it has created these issues.

Hello Mehtaz,

The other company is blaming saying I need to resolve it with you :( The quickest solution I think is if you can please send me the pro version of version 3.1.1 - com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.1.1.zip As I said I have put in alot of hours on this site and really dont have the time to start over.

Please can you send me com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.1.1.zip ir a download link where I can get it?

Thank you in advance, Craig

Hmmm that is not really good. How can I then go about requesting a refund since I will not going to be using it as its breaking my site.

What is the oldest version you have available?

Regards, Craig
