Cannot Add Pro Layouts Or Blocks

Hi
I have a license for SP Page Builder Pro. However, if I try to add and layours or blocks that require a pro license, I cannot do so as it requires me to purchase a license. This doesnt make sense.... as I have one and the license key has been entered into the settings for Page Builder. Please assist.

Please clear your Joomla cache and check again. You will get all related info there: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation
And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder settings spelled correctly.
Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

I have made a page named "testF" to test those layouts and blocks and they are got imported, so left the page for you to check.
Moreover, would like to request you to recheck the technical requirements and PHP configuration and keep the recommended settings there:

As I can see from your system information many things are not upto the mark, such as https://prnt.sc/vVdoqpwlLeqQ
Lower value may cause performance issues.
