Unable To Add Blocks In SP Page Builder Pro

I am trying to add a block but they all say buy the pro version. I am able to access the templates though. Just the Block are unavailable.
I have cleared all the broswer cache and Joomla cache to no effect.
Can you off some assistance please?

Thanks for contacting us. First you have to download SP Page Builder Pro from here https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
Then you have to install it. Go to administrator-->extension-->install After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard. Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache and then check again.

Accepted AnswerI have already done all that. Everything seems to work for me, Addons and templates. It is only the Blocks that say buy Pro.
Am I missing something?

Accepted AnswerI copied the key from my panel, cleared all browser cache and Joomla cache. Restarted my server and now it seems to be working.
