Sub Menu Not Showing On Mobile Screen

Hi , I use Helix Ultimate on a site. One of the menu items in the main menu has 2 sub levels. This works fine on a normal screen with good resolution. However, on a smaller screen/window, the last level is not visible, nor on a mobile screen. Site uses Joomla 4 and PHP 8.

Hi Jan,

Sorry, not fully understand what is wrong... maybe your menu items are for logged user only...

... but I will login and check deeply, thx for access.

Ok, I think I know....

You used "Separator" menu items that is NOT GOOD, you should use "URL" menu type.

Separator, in general, shouldn't be used as menu items, it makes only confusion for beginner webmasters.

I will correct menu items...

Looks good now, also on mobile. I'll check some more, but it seems that your suggestion was a solution! Thx Jan
