The below error is displayed when attemtping to save changes on the SPBBv3 backend.

**The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.**

When attempting to save changes on the frontend it shows the changes were saved, but they are not.

Would you know what could cause these errors and a way to correct them?

I know this is frustrating for you, but you must understand that we simply cannot pass out admin level credentials or hand over a duplicate of our site and database. I understand you want to assist, and your method is to directly log in. Unfortunately, that’s not an option, so at this point we are now trying an alternative solution.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

-Thanks

Would there be an alternative? Providing such details is a violation of our company policy.

Is it possible to share an Akeeba backup if you don't share your credential?

Is there a common set of files or permissions I could check? Providing an Akeeba backup would supply the information that is considered sensative or private and would again violate our policy.

Without checking your issue how can give you the solution?

Alternative process.

Create an staging site then give me the administrator access.

  1. Create a subdomain from your cPanel
  2. Export your existing site Database from PHPMyAdmin
  3. Create a new Database
  4. Import the existing Database to the new Database
  5. Update configuration.php file
  6. Go to the administrator of the staging site

-Thanks
