Good day all. I'm using Form Builder and I have a few check boxes that need to be email when the rest of the information is sent.
I see the email is coded like this, how to do you code the check boxes?

Thank you I found the Field name. How do you make it, if you can, they can make only one selection?
For example I want them to click Yes or No but not both, is that possible?
