2. Go to the Template Options > Basic > Header and Enable the Sticky Header option. Have a look at the screenshot here.

Thanks for your answer. My questions was not how to build (i have done it) but please check the follow.: As you can see in link http://alouminiasidera.gr/newsite/ the menu is in top but you can not click on (not working)! My questions:

1. How to make to click on the top menu ?
2. When scrool down how to make the top menu to stay on top?
