Can't Delete SP Page Builder Pages.

Hi I can't delete SP page builder pages and when I create a new page it does not display in my pages list.
I have tried clearing cache of Joomla and browser but nothing fixes it.
I also have a blue lockbox next to my home page I made, what does this mean?
The only components I have are Akeeba backup, Akeeba Admin Tools, JCE and the two SP components that come with the Helix Ultimate demo. So I don't know if any of these are causing it.

Do you have set frontend editing permission to that 'special' user group?

And if you have a lock icon beside the page name in the page list then clicking on the icon will let it marked as checked out, so it will be available for you to check in again.
NOTE: Its better you can keep a backup and reinstall page builder.
