Latest SP Page Builder Add Section

I can't find the section addon or page layout in the latest version of page builder release that was in the older version SP 3.x, Is this feature gone? Anyway to get it back? It's good feature with good design layout.....

Did you mean Page Templates/Layout bundles and Premade blocks, please?
