Sp Page Builder 4 Pro Installation ERROR

Dear friends

I uninstall the sp page builder 3.8.8 and install the v.4, but though it says that is installed correctly there are many errors and the component is not working. (All this on Joomla4)

  1. The component area has many links related to pagebuilder (COM_SPAPAGEBUILDER_ABOUT, COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_CATEGORIES, COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_INTEGRATION etc)

  2. Most of the above lead to an error: An error has occurred. 404 View not found [name, type, prefix]: about, html, sppagebuilderView

  3. I have all the server requirements.

  4. I also see this: BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '(db6aytxnw9dg1v.o7694_menu.level - 1)'

Please advice

Finally I made it work, but in the Components area there are some dead links.

Here hey are: COM_SPAPAGEBUILDER_ABOUT COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_CATEGORIES COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_INTEGRATION COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_LANGUAGES

How can I remove them?

The normal link SP Page Builder pro, is working fine.

Hi,

Glad that it is working now well.

However, it is not recommended to uninstall the previous version but install the latest one over the existing one. Here is the update related documentation:

Thank you for your answer.

Your chat support guy told me to uninstall the previous version. Anyway, I had to restore the website from a backup and then install sp page builder 4 over 3.8.8

As I told you it is working now, but there are these broken links:

I also geting various problems with v.4.

  1. I try to trash some pages and they don't get trashed. They stay pubished.
  2. I try to insert some blocks, and th sliders are blank. Like they are not inserted correctly.
  3. Also the main page with the list of created pages, are not updated. It shows older pages that have been deleted. If I use the filter, only then it shows the correct pages.
  4. I activate the Joomla Content Integration, it says that the setting is saved, but when I go to another menu and then come back, the Joomla Content Integration is off, again.
  5. It also loses the email address and activation key. I inseryt it and save it, but when I come back, it's missing again!
  6. I install sp page builder to another clean joomla 4, I didn't insert the activation key. There is also there a problem, it does not save the Integrations!

I clear cache, but he problems still exist.

Many problems. Please help. I just bought it and it's full of problems!
