(BUG) Helix Ultimate Doesn't Save "responsive" Values

Helix Framework 2 years ago

I'm trying to set responsive values for columns in footer: https://snipboard.io/SowXK8.jpg

but it returns error:undefined when I hit "Apply". and values are never saved: https://snipboard.io/UuVNMZ.jpg

Seems like your ajax doesn't play well with https: https://snipboard.io/b4mxne.jpg

Helix ultimate 2.0.11, J4, php8.0.8

How to fix this bug?

UPDATE: Actually it doesn't "apply" ANYTHING. I'm getting this same error whatever I'm trying to do.

I've already turned off "force https" in general/server settings and even disabled http-headers plugin from Joomla, so the only thing left is http->https redirection on my prod server, which I'm not able to turn off and actually I'm NOT GOING to, because it's lame to use http these days, when google bans you if you're not https.

Everything worked fine on J3+php7.4

WTF, guys?

so, after brief googling I discovered that bug is at least 4 (FOUR) years old: https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/helix-ultimate-no-access-to-style-error-403-admin-tools https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/helix-ultimate-template-admin-tools-wont-allow-access https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/front-end-editor-403-forbidden-error

And it is related to Web Application Firewall (WAF), that I've turned on in server control panel.

And I did this on purpose, because I see in logs on daily basis that somebody is requesting weird urls, looking for some .env files and all kind of vulnerabilities.

So, I have two options - I use Helix ultimate and your site is NOT PROTECTED. Or shall I throw away Helix and stay protected?

Why in the world didn't you fix this problem? You've had FOUR YEARS!
