I want to activate a 404 "Oups Side not Found Page" I read the documentation for Helix and Sp but it doesnt work.
I've made a module with my content for the 404 page. But if I want to test the 404 page - it jumps to mydomain.de/index.html
but it has to jump to my 404 page (or mydomain.de/error).
what do I have to know that my 404 page works correctly thanks for your help. claudia

Accepted AnswerI could not check the pages without access. But this Blog will help you. You need to edit error.php file and add your Custom made 404 page link there. Please go through the blog I have linked above and in the last part you will see the instructions.

I have faced this while site is set to Offline. Please make your site Online. Then it will work.
