Mobile Menu For Desktop

Hi,
I am trying to recreate this layout in Joomla 4.
I went with the Fixter Template as this has the option for the navigation on the left, but it doesn't quite work as needed for me - I can't access/see all of the Sub Menu items on it.
Ideally I would like the desktop version to show only the Hamburger Menu as per the current website, with the logo inside the mobile menu pop out.
Is there some CSS I can use on the Fixter Template to acheive this please? Or, is there a different template that you would recommend using please?

I used raw Helix Ultimate and your and mine custom CSS.
Now whole rest is on your hands. Now you have in advance, which means easy.
