Hi again, Just to add as it may be related. When you add a new product it misses the store and just opens a blog post. Should see option to make it a product and all the data fields related to that product should be there.

OK, I log in. Go to the blog and the first button works however, go to the full article and that same button does not work. I tried it logged in as admin and the front end.

The first button works, the second page does not try it and you will see. Hi Tiufig,

OK, now both first page and second page button are clickable but the both go to the first page, I stll have no access to the second page content.

Same issue with both articles and products, cannot get to second page on existing articles/products and if I try to make a new product or article same thing, only get first page.

Also if you change the slideshow image on the home page the site won't load, just error screen. I turned off "compile less to css" in the template to get the home page back. The images have to be changed via the normal joomla link and not via page builder.

After looking around it may be that parts of your system (helex) detached from Joomla some how?

Template needs work?

I really need to access the stuff under the red line in my screen shot, I can't, I did not create the article and I cannot access the article below the red line? Actually those videos are your stuff?

This template is broken in many places. You can't run php8, you cant create new products, you can't edit existing products in regard to sales info like shipping, costs, etc.

This is a broken template and needs big time fixing.

Been about 2 weeks now and getting nowhere except an angry client waiting for their storefront.

Can we fix this or must I move on?

Excellent, thanks that part is working.

Another issue just poped up. Fix one get another one.

Look at the products, the names of the products on the home page under latest products are gone.

Also if you click on any product, you get nothing, it goes nowhere https://b3salonproducts.net/beta1/index.php/products/categories/shampoo

And if you look at the admin panel "j2store products, all the names are gone there as well. Click on any product here and it also goes nowhere.

Yes, the blogs are now editable, super.

Really appriciate your help. Seems lots of little issues and we are almost there.

On the product record (article) same issue as blog in that you cannot access the lower content, the buttons are there but do not work. See this image. Beyond the below content there should be access to the product info like prices, shipping, pay, etc. https://pamspress.net/editError2-3-2023.png

Also from the store, adding a new product record should give you option to use as article or product, that is not there as well.

I am thinking because turning off the css in the template to make the site back on line might be causing all this link stuff>? Thanks again, Bob

Hi again Toufig, I got the j2 store working with their help.

An issue still exists that I think is the template and not the store?

Go to this product. I just started it as a test.

Notice starting just below the pricing there are 3 gray image place holders and below that an accordion feature.

I cannot access any of this and this is a new product record from the js store product page. I did not put anything there except the one line of text, a price and the title.

If I switch to page builder it does not show this content.

Additionally uploaded images do not show. Help..
