This is not the way to resolve the issue. You did not explain why the install failed and how you got it working. The website is only a test site. I will delete it soon.

I will add to this issue. Running a clean install of Nuron on J4.2.6 on a pilot site.

System reports update for SP Medical to 2.1.0. Downloaded this extension but on attempting to install the update, I see:

"Error installing component."

Please advise.

At least you should check this backup on your localhost or staging site. If this works then we can move on next step. Thanks
