the website not working right

Sorry for your issue and the delayed response.

Which pack did you used, the quickstart or the template pack? From when this issue is happening? Since begining? Or is there any changes you have done recently, that causes the issue?

Actually, I can work with these options at my end without any issue. And the above answers can help us to find out the reason.
