SPPB 4 to 3 is not recommended. But you can install the quickstart on your local and template pack on your online site, then export/import SPPB pages from localhost to online site. It should help I think if you want to try this.

Doesn't work, pages don't import.

My question then is this. Why are not the new templates being released with boh 3 and 4 if 3 is to be supported for few years?
