Front End Editor Only Shows Bottom Of My Template SP PB 3.10

Not sure if this is a template or SPPB issue.

When I click the Front End Editor button on this particular page, I only see the bottom of my page (breadcrumbs, bottom row, bottom menu).

Template ver: 2.0.11 SPPB ver: 3.8.9 Joomla verf: 3.10

I've attached a pic of the actual page and what I see in the front end editor.

Just wanted to add, from the SPPB Ver 3 FAQ Section, "I cannot edit Pages from front-end", I checked all these conditions.

My page is still is showing blank page when using the front-end editor, except for bottom items (from template).

I'm using the same template on all my pages, Helix Ultimate 2.0.11. This is the only page that isn't working in the front end editor.
