Hi i finally got my site finished using sp builder v3.
which was working but today ive come to the site and its updated by its self to v4 and now i get a invalid security token error when trying to do any changes
any hlp either fixing this error or rolling the version back if possible
as support staff never reply to messages

Sorry for your issue and for the delayed response.
Would you please share the full error statement? Sometimes it's enough to reinstall the main joomla files.
Extra questions: What Joomla and PHP version you set?
In System > Global Configuration > System (tab) > Shared Sessions: Yes
This may help for front-end editor.
