Video Problem

After installing the latest updates, because I wanted many problems that SPPB 4 has been leaving to be solved.
I can't add videos anywhere, the file explorer gives me an error, if I upload them to a folder via FTP they don't appear to be able to use them
It's been a big headache to work with SPPB 4 and Joomla 4, many problems and errors that don't allow progress in the projects and clients waiting, it causes loss of money when purchasing a product that is disappointing me with this version.
Please someone has problems to add videos??

in Video addon manually put url to video file.
for example /images/video/clip.mp4 or full path with domain name to file...
it always works :)

It seems that the file explorer does not show the videos, it is something that must be solved.
But SPPB 4 constantly has unexplained problems that lead to continuous delays in the development of projects.
This did not happen with SPPB 3x, I was very happy with the product until version 4 and it is something general in the Forum
So I encourage developers to listen to the forums and work hard checking that everything works before releasing versions that cause a lot of problems.
They should open a specific channel to report operating problems and that these are resolved in future updates.
