Custom Header: Dropdown In Offcanvas Not Working

Hi there, I have built up a page and made a custom header. I figured out, that the dropdown of submenu items in offcanvas is not workin. I have the child items opened under parent items, normally there should be a dropdown right? Can you tell me how I can activate this?

Accepted AnswerI made it to show the menu toggler which is working. But for some reason the navigation is now expanded when I load the page first time. How can I set to be closed when loading first time?
