Attempt To Modify Property "shortcode_tags" On Null

Hi,

I installed the Template "vocal" and now i cant access my admin page or the page itself

i get this error message Attempt to modify property "shortcode_tags" on null An error has occurred.

please help

when i delete this folder "plugins/system/helix" then it will work again! but then the Template "vocal" does not work - i get a message that says "error" on the website
