SP PageBuilder - No Content When Pressing Edit In A Text Block

If I edit a text box and press save the changes are saved, all perfect If I then go back to the same text box and press edit (pencil icon), I am presented with the page but with no rows or columns of the page without any content If I use the front end editor it’s fine

Solved: It was being caused by a Chrome Extension (Mac OS). I had deleted the extensions without checking what was what and all now works. Sorry for not remembering which extension it was but if anyone gets this issue, check your Google Chrome extensions.
