Hi - for some reason the drop down menu on Off-Canvas does not work. www.touris.co.nz

Please refer to the image https://prnt.sc/CRbp6FNx3H7- Under "Payment Details" there are two sub menus "Touris Payment Accounts" and "Pay Now" which are not being displayed in mobile off-canvas.

Check this https://prnt.sc/czk0l9ehkDW_ where it is being displayed in desktop.

Please let me know what is the solution for this. Thanks

However, from your screenshot I can assume you have set the parent menu item as menu header. If so, kindly change the parent menu item type to URL and put hash(#) in the url field.

It was always set as URL and not as a menu header.

I had to change it back as customer was unhappy at the delay. Changing it now. Please look at it and resolve quickly

Hi,

Sure, but sorry for the delay.

That was a separator/header type menu item as far as I can remember. I have checnged it to URL and put a hash(#) in the URL field.
