Could Not Connect To The Database

I ask you a favor that I can not understand what this would mean? Basically I should install new Joomla 4.1.4 in new site.
I get the error: "Could not connect to the database. Connector returned error message: Could not connect to database: No such file or directory"

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Which template package did you try to install? If you don't know how to install quickstart pack then read the blog post or provide me the hosting access to install quickstart package.
