0 - Attempt To Assign Property "link" On Null

I´m getting the following error when I try to use SPPagebuilder 3.8.9 with the frontendeditor direkt after login in the frontend.

It´s with php 8.0.x and Joomla 4.2.7 and Magnin-Template 1.0.1

A while ago this worked without any problems. Where is the mistake?

The Magnin template is not compatible with PHP 8 fully yet, it will get the compatibility soon. You may try with PHP 7.4 for now. Here is our plan: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/latest-php-compatibility-for-templates-and-extensions
