French Site Shows Class JString Not Found Error

Hi, I have built a website using Kidzy starter pack. The environment is php 7.4, Joomla 4.2.3 It renders the pages in English without any issues, but when I swich it to French it shows page not found 404 error with a message saying Class JString not found.

https://xxxx/index.php/fr/ shows the error https://xxxx/index.php/en/ works fine

https://xxxx/index.php/ar/ - supposed to be in Arabic, but it shows the site in English.

Is there anything I do wrong?

That issue is fixed after reinstalling French language pack to the latest version 4.2.7
