i am trying to run Kidzy quickstart but it is giving me an error after installation - page not found - Class "JString" not found

thanks for your help, the problem is that the website sometimes is working normally and sometimes it stops and gives me :

This site can’t be reached

parlons-orthophonie.com took too long to respond.

Try:

Checking the connection

Checking the proxy and the firewall

Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

In the dashboad i have these notifications:

Automated Updates are disabled.

Backup up to date

Updates are available! 2

Joomla is up to date.

Override(s) to check! 24

No urgent privacy requests.

are they related to the problem or it is a hosting problem? i am using bluehost

The error you are seeing (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) indicates that the server is not responding in time, which is typically caused by a hosting or server-level issue, not by Joomla notifications.

Since the website works sometimes and fails at other times, this strongly suggests: • Server resource limits being reached (CPU / memory) • Temporary hosting throttling • PHP or MySQL process crashes • Firewall or security rules blocking requests • Shared hosting instability

As you are using Bluehost (shared hosting), this behavior is unfortunately common when resource limits are exceeded.

Recommended next steps

  1. Check server error logs in Bluehost (especially around the time of the outage)
  2. Review CPU and memory usage
  3. Temporarily disable heavy extensions and test
  4. Ask Bluehost support specifically about: • Resource limits • Timeouts • Server throttling
  5. If the issue continues, consider upgrading hosting or moving to a VPS

Once the server is stable, we can recheck Joomla and extensions, but based on the symptoms, this is not caused by Joomla itself.

Please let me know what Bluehost support reports.

thanks the problem was from bluehost, after contacting them many time they escalated my case and they got it fix. their reply was:

While reviewing the DNS record, the A record of the domain was not completely propagated, due to which the website was throwing the error. Rest assured, I have repushed the DNS record, and it has completely propagated. The website is also loading fine without any issues on my end. I have attached the screenshot at the end of this email. 

Should i worry about these notifications in my dashboard? specially the Overrides

Automated Updates are disabled.

Updates are available! 2

Override(s) to check! 24
