We are getting this message when trying to publish a page in pagebuilder:

Error You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

I am the administrator.. how the hell should I know how to correct this??

What is the solution ???? the person is a admin or the site, we even tried superuser account and still same message.

Why change from PB3??? why????
