Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

I've restored my Joomla site from a yesterday server backup, so SP Pagebuilder version now is 5.7.2. Feel free to update SP Pagebuilder to 6.0 because I can restore server backup from yesterday again.

Some pages from the map are affected by 404 errors in https://www.visuair.com/donde

Best regards.

Ok, I've remove one of this (/donde) and deleted it form trash. Also I've now only one dynamic collection and one page for this dynamic collection.

There are still 404 same errors...

It works now because I've restored the backup from yesterday. You need to check this issues in SP Pabebuilder 6.0

I've restored everything to yesterday's backup because I can't afford to have my company's website with these errors, as I'm losing business opportunities. SP Pagebuilder 6.0 is causing all of this; you need to check it because 404 errors are unacceptable.

This is not the correct method to share a backup file. Please share it via Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file-sharing service.

Yes, I apologize for the delayed response.

I am currently on paternity leave, so I’ll need a bit more time to investigate the issues. Initially, I noticed some problems with the routing.

I’ll need some additional time to pinpoint the specifics.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,

I’ve identified the issue. Some of your tags have aliases that are the same as your dynamic content item aliases. Please change the alias for one of them — this should resolve the issue.

Thank you.

Thank you very much! It seems that by changing the slug of the tags it is blog now if it is working correctly. But another problem has appeared: the special characters of the Spanish language appear with some very rare symbols in all de dynamic pages of the frontend. How can I solve it?

Best regards

Hello,

The issue seems related to character encoding. Please make sure your site and database use UTF-8 encoding, and that your template includes <meta charset="utf-8"> in the head section. Also, check that your .htaccess file doesn’t force a different charset.

This should fix the special character issue.

Hi

Thank you. It only affects dynamic content pages, and they already have <meta charset="utf-8"> in the header. The database is also using UTF-8 encoding, and nothing in the .htaccess file is forcing a different encoding. This occurred after updating to SP Pagebuilder 6.0 and is only affecting the text on dynamic content pages (not even their titles).

It only affects to rich text fields.

Any solution?

Best regards

As you can see in the following link, once the backup is restored to SP Pagebuilder 5.7.2, all the strange characters in the dynamic content pages disappear. Same server, same encodings. Honestly, I think it's a problem with the SP Pagebuilder 6.0 update. Regards.
