You can move them using only custom CSS (!)

Font size and positions of images etc. yes - all was build using CSS.

If that template is too "crazy" for your project, maybe you should find more classic one. Becuase it may take you too much time/efford to redesign it. It's like buying a sport car and trying to make family combi from it.
