I have a page that uses many columns and rows. One thing I'm trying to do is simply move a row up... or to duplicate it, change to single column, and add content. Nothing works. When I try to move the "March Madness" row (screenshot) up one level, it just won't budge. If I click on the elipse, and try to duplicate, it won't duplicate.

Any ideas? I wanna go back to SP PageBuilder 3. 😓
