Helix - The Installation Process Failed

Today I donloaded the Helix Ultimate template J4 quickstart.
When I go through the setup and enter my database details and proceed I see the following error.
The installation process failed.
When I try again I see an error about a security token doesn't match.
When I refresh the page I see;
Congratulations! Your Joomla site is ready.
This allows me to proceed using the site as normal. The quickstart is also using Joomla 4.2.0
There is something seriously wrong with the quickstart packages as I have reported this on at least four other occasions.
What is this issue, and when will it be fixed?
You can replicate the process if you try, as I have done many times.
I'm using PHP Version 8.0.23

My hosting is a local xampp environment so I am unable to provide access. Details below
PHP version: 8.0.23 Apache/2.4.54 10.4.25-MariaDB
This has happened with almost every quickstart package I have tried.

Accepted AnswerThere is no issue at all with the live site. So, I can't see how this will help?
The issue is the the quickstart package.
You should be able to replicate this if you try the quickstart yourself and replicate my environment as I have described.
