How Can I Set A Quiz For Retakes In LMS?

I can't seem to find a way to reset a quiz short of deleting the attempt and the certificate. I would actually like to open up the quiz for unlimited retakes, if possible. A websearch indicates I need to do a check submission but I can't find that seelection. I am attempting to use the LMS as a practice test for preparation for the real test.

Please advise.
