Latest Joomla 4 - SP Page Builder 4.07 Hangs

I am using latest joomla 4 and latest SP Page Builder 4.07

If click on Layouts=>Blocks, the page hangs, not going to anywhere....

I tried in both Chrome and Edge, it is all the same, Any idea?

any advise? Is this the common issue? I reboot and still the same issue when clicking on Layouts >>> Blocks.... anything holds up this loading?

Hi Charlie. I would recommend you to use SPPB 3 until the SPPB 4 will be stable. Save time and nerves

How to back to SPPB 3? Uninstall SPPB4 and install SPPB 4? Thanks

Restore from backup containing SPPB 3 if you have. If not, make backup (just in case), uninstall SPPB 4, delete all #__sppagebuilder tables from database via phpMyAdmin in you hosting panel, then install SPPB 3. You will lose all SP pages you made via SPPB 4

Hello Charlie

I hope that you have activated SP Page Builder license. If not, then activate it and clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache. If it does not solve, then install SP Page Builder 4.0.7 again on the site. You do not need to uninstall anything.

If the issue is still happening, then share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.
