I don't get the printscreen in this document! Login in the website and goto the backend under Easystore and option Orders and select an order and you see the problem!

Hello,

I have placed a test order (Order Link) and did not encounter any errors.

Could you please provide screenshots using Lightshot or a Screen Recording using this? This will help me better understand the issue.

Thanks!

Hello,

The order ID 22 in your screenshot matches our records. I believe the issue might be due to browser cache. Please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser, then log in again and check.

Thanks,

I don't know how you did it, but with different browsers it's still the same result!

For the update of Joomla and Pagebuilder, I made a backup and put it on another development environment and that works fine BTW! So it must have something to do with the updates and not the browser! Website in hidden content

I did some further research and started the webshop on various laptops, desktops and also on an IPad and they all gave the same result!

If I indicate to the administrator "Language" English (United Kingdom), the VAT is shown as follows: "(Incl. Tax €7.81)".

If I indicate to the administrator "Language" Dutch (nl-NL), the VAT is shown as follows: "(Inclusief btw undefined)".

Login as Administrator and goto EasyStore -> Orders -> And select order #29 and see the problem!

Also very strange how the product now is displayed!

Aanbieding! Kat - Surprise box - Vlees (variatie van 24 blikken) - 24 x 200 gram €45,00 €45,00 x1 Inclusief btw undefined €45,00

Hello,

I have found the issue. It comes from the file:

administrator/language/nl-NL/com_easystore.ini

The problem is with the constant:

COM_EASYSTORE_APP_INCLUDING_TAX_MSG="(Incl. Tax {{amount}})"

The "amount" is a variable, and when you translated your site, it was also translated into Dutch. As a result, the system couldn’t find the correct value for this variable.

This should now be resolved. Please check and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
