Redirect Opt-In Form To URL

Hi,

I can't work out how to get the Opt-In form to redirect to a specific URL after the user has pressed "Submit".

Can you please provide instructions on how to do that.

Actually the Opt-in form addon doesn't have this option, sorry about that. However, the form builder has:
