"Form Builder" Addon Issue - "send Message" Button is Not Working Template Newsberg

Hi Team!

I've created a contact from by using "form builder" addon, but when the "sending message" button is clicked on the frontend page, it doesn't submit the form, it just spins and spins. Can you please help fix this issue?

BTW, i used to use "contact form" addon, it has same issue too.
