SP Page Builder License Problems

Hi there,
i bought a license of SP Page builder pro last week...unfortunately i activated the license with e-mail-address and the delivered key, but always I want to import layouts or use other features, SP Page Builder show the message "Invalid license key"
Definitely, I have entered the key several times --> without success!
Please help!!!

thank you...the website ist currently stored in a local environment with joomla 4.2 and PHP 8.1...and I cannot share the access with you...:-)
Ist there a way to analyse the problem if I share the PHP-config-file with you?

Accepted AnswerYou can try the following:
- Install SP Page Builder latest version again on the site.
- Insert your license key and save.
- Then clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache.

the problem with the license key has been solved...thank you for your effort.
Unfortunately, another problem has appeared: if i try to upload an image oder another object to the page, the follwing error message will shown: "Invalid server error"...no plan and no information, which server error is meaned... :-(

Accepted AnswerDear Ofi Khna, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the system with SP Page Builder pro installed is not online, it is only a local website...is there another way to solve the problem?
