Problems With SP Page Builder

SP Page Builder 6 days ago

Hi

Would you like to take a look at my family website and see why it's not working? It's built with SP Pagebuilder. The startpage arkiv.rencke.com works but the subpages have stopped working.

I don't know exactly when it stopped working...maybe after an update of SP Pagebuilder

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We’d be happy to look into the issue with your website. Could you please let us know exactly what problem you are experiencing with the subpages? For example, are they showing an error, displaying a blank page, or simply not loading correctly?

Once we have some more details about the issue, we can investigate it further and help identify the cause.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

They are displaying a blank page with text:

"Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Hello,

The issue was not related to SP Page Builder. I found that the .htaccess file on your site contained incorrect code, which was causing the issue.

I replaced the existing code with the default Joomla .htaccess configuration, and this resolved the problem.

I'm glad to hear that everything is working correctly again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please marked the issue as solved

Best regards
