Outline Featured Iames For Blog Options

Good evening
Sometimes, the images I want to show as a feature image for the blog options, are not that big. By default, they are always aligned to the left of the page. Is there any change that I can do a bit of layout, like center the image? Or do I need to add customs CSS for this?

Accepted AnswerGood evening. Seems like no respons anymore. No problem, I used the module "Mini FrontPage" for it, and it works perfectly
