Hello, I run a website www.rsc-gruenberg.de I use Pagebuilder pro 3.7.2 and Helix ultimate 1.1.2 for this. Joomla version is 3.10 The whole thing works perfectly under PHP 7.4. When I switch to PHP 8.1 I get the error. "syntax error, unexpected token "\" For this reason I created a copy with another web host to test the upgrade. I haven't made any adjustments yet. Unfortunately, I have the problem that the pages cannot be found in the copied version from the menu. What can be the reason for this? here are the URLs of both sides

www.rsc-gruenberg.de original version www.rscgruenberg.bplaced.net/rsc2019

please also compare the menu item "über uns"

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

Helix ultimate 1.1.2 is not compatible with PHP 8. Please update Helix ultimate and SP Page Builder Pro both to the latest version and try again.

Moreover, Joomla 3 can only accept PHP 8.0 as per my knowledge. Joomla 4 can work with PHP 8.0, 8.1 both.

Please keep full site backup regularly. It will help you to go back to the last working state anytime.

Best Regards

Helli Rashida Rahman, Thank you for your answer,

I am aware of the information you have provided. That's why I want to update my system. my problem is something completely different. I have two identical websites with two different providers. one works, the other doesn't. what is the reason? I would ask you to Check the page please go to "rscgruenberg.bplaced.net"and start the page in the rsc2019 folder. the menu items do not work. at "rsc-gruenberg.de"everything is ok. The updates you mentioned have been carried out in folder 2023 and Joomla 4 is installed. when I switch to PHP 8.2 I have the same problem. can it have something to do with some ini file? LG Uli
