I have a very weird issue.
My main menu was fine.
Then, just to test, I changed some settings inside helix menu configuration here : https://www.screenpresso.com/=z6gbc but I restored those settings to default values.
Now my main menu looks like this : https://www.screenpresso.com/=w4Vlg

ok solved.
I had to enable "display menu item" from helix menu settings.
I think this is a bad behavior because this setting was already enabled from joomla menu manager.
So why doing it twice from helix...
does not make sense...

They are actually the same settings appears in both places. So it should not be happened that they remains different.
