Somehow the phrase is not getting the word phone, so you may try language override method of Joomla to translate the phrase: "COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_AJAX_CONTACT_PHONE"

The contact form works ok on all other pages. I don't believe that it is just because of the language file. It is only an issue on the available homes page.

This issue is happening on all SP Property pages. Can I get this resolved please?

I went in and built a form, the contact form in the template still has an issue with the SP Properties. I couldn't wait any longer.
