Singular Page Won't Edit

I've been struggling with the new SP PB and am seriously considering going back to the older version I was using or getting rid of it altogether.
I created a page last year and it's showing fine on the front end, but it will not let me edit it. It doesn't matter whether I click on the title of the page, the edit button, or go View-Edit Page, it just comes up blank. I've also tried duplicating this page and the new page comes up the same way.
I don't know how to upload screenshots here, or I would. Link to the working page in hidden.
This page isn't on any menus and isn't urgent at all, but it's really making me angry. I would prefer not giving you admin access for a single page so I'm hoping you have some other ideas as to how I can fix this.
SP PB 4.0.7 on Helix3, Joomla 3.10.9. I can't change the PHP - everything else breaks my site completely.

Please export the page and compress/zip it. Then share the file here. I will check it on my localhost. I will require some more information. Which is your default template? Are you using any third-party system plugin?

Helix3 is the default template for the site, I'm not using a template for SP PB. There are events listed on this page using Joom Donation Event Booking modules, but this page edited fine before I updated to SP PB v. 4 so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Accepted AnswerUpload the file to any drive like Google Drive, One Drive, Box, Files.fm etc. Then generate a downloadable link and share the link here. I will take exported file and import it on my localhost to check the issue.

Accepted AnswerIn the first section, you have Accordion and Tabs addon. These are creating issues. You can check by deleting them. Then the editor will load.

The accordian and tabs are literally why I built the page in SP PB and everything was working just fine until I upgraded to the new version of PB. How do I go back to the previous version and get my money back??
