Pre-made Layouts Not Available

Hi There,

I'm looking for several pre-made layouts which don't show in my available options.

For example, Tech Agency, Architectural Firm, Startup Company, and others.

Are these not available? Why do they not show up in my availble options?

Which version of SP Page Builder Pro you are using there, please? These Layout bundles are only available in SPPB 4.
