Module Positions Menu & New PB Pro

Hi, using Travelin Template with Joomla 4.2.8 under php 8.1 and PageBuilder Pro 4.0.7 Some few differences to older versions of PB:

  1. In the template options/layout i cannot see anymore the module position of the menu. Therefor i´m not able to place another module above the menu. Instead now in the Basic/Header settings i can choose between several header styles. I have chosen "Fullwidth Center". Logo Position is not free to change. Its always on the left side. My idea - as the logo is quite small in this position - to place it in the middle above the menu. But how? In the older version of PB this construction was very easy to realize.

  2. If i choose another background color for the position "title" - it wont work in the template/layout settings. Nothing changes there. Do i have to change this in the template.css??

  3. Opening pages in the new Pagebuilder is really bad! For every click on a page i get new windows. If i change then something in window 10 on page xy, it will not be saved. Because the same content was still open in window 5, which i forgot to close. Hard to getting used to it!!!

  4. Missing a switching option in the new Pagebuilder to change between classical layout and the new life editing mode. Sometimes it is really tricky, to find some "forgotten" mistakes. It would be much more easier, to check this in classical mode of PB.

thx a lot!!!!!!!

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us and sharing your observations.

  1. You may create a new section above the header and place your logo module position there. The following doc may help: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/custom-header
  2. Kindly give us your site URL and redirect to the position you are talking about to check.
  3. Thanks for sharing your experience with us, I will convey the message to tem.
  4. Not sure about it if I understand it correctly.

Best Regards
